vibingstation, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," "us") operates War Calendar ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics Data

We automatically collect the following data when you use the Service:

    Page Views — Which pages you visit, how long you spend on each page, and navigation paths through the Service.

    Click Events — Interactions with buttons, links, trading modals, and other UI elements to understand feature usage.

2.2 Wallet & Web3 Data

If you connect a cryptocurrency wallet, we may collect your public wallet address for the purpose of enabling on-chain trading features. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other directly personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it through account registration or contact forms.

3. Data Storage & Infrastructure

Collected data is stored using the following infrastructure:

    Firebase (Google Cloud) — Real-time analytics events, session tracking, and presence data. Data processed under Google's data processing terms and stored in US-based data centers.
  • •
    Neon (PostgreSQL) — Structured event logs, aggregated analytics data, and user session records. Stored in AWS-backed Neon serverless PostgreSQL infrastructure.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and cookies to:

  • Store your consent preferences (wc_consent)
  • Remember timezone and language settings
  • Maintain session identifiers for analytics
  • Store wallet connection state

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies will prevent us from tracking your page views and clicks, but the Service will remain fully functional.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Improving the Service based on usage patterns
  • Monitoring platform performance and detecting errors
  • Understanding which features are most valuable to users
  • Enabling real-time presence indicators (anonymous user counts)
  • Compliance with legal obligations

6. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months before being aggregated and anonymized. Session IDs are not linked to personal identity and are retained for analytical purposes. You may request deletion of your session data at any time.

8. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with service providers (Firebase, Neon) strictly for operating the Service. We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
